Located right in the beating heart of Brisbane’s iconic Fortitude Valley, Boynton Rossi recently completed a warehouse-style workplace fitout for growing Environmental Consultancy – 28oS Environmental

This landmark mid-century building with its high ceilings, polished timber floors and abundant natural light gifted us its unique charm and character. Within that fabric Boynton Rossi crafted a space that reinforces culture and brand and allows for agility, collaboration and growth. Referencing the building’s heritage, we paired modern workplace functionality with mid-century detailing and palettes along with re-purposed and vintage furniture items to add further depth to the aesthetic and improve the sustainability of the procurement process.

The step into purpose-built, bespoke premises has already returned dividends for 28oS Environmental, projecting a higher level of professionalism to both clients and staff and attracting high-quality new employees. The space embodies the business’ culture and values so that business growth is not only inevitable but already accelerating.

Our Workplace Design is strongly client focussed, emphasising functional, business-driven outcomes that meet the operational, aesthetic and human needs of an organisation. Working closely with many of our clients on a repeat basis for several years, we have learned what is important to their individual organisations and tailor our designs to elevate and transform their spaces for improved business operation; whether that requires a cultural shift for staff or a productivity boost for the bottom line.
